VIRTUAL NZSwimRun Grand Prix

The second year of the Virtual NZSwimRun Grand Prix series kicks off again in April after a very successful series last year. The series runs for six months until September to keep you on across the (Southern Hemisphere) winter months, to have some fun and competition with our inspiring and highly engaged SwimRunner community and learn some new skills, test gear and other cool stuff.

The series includes a beginner/intermediate programme that you follow on the TrainingTilt app and includes a virtual event each month that you complete wherever you are, open water and outdoors or indoors, you choose.

The series costs $240 one off fee, or $50 per month and is all inclusive, and you’ll get a pink SwimRun cap and heaps of other benefits and value.

Whangamata, New Zealand

NZSwimRun's founding event will be held on the wonderful Coromandel Peninsula at a date to be determined (again...), hopefully during the New Zealand Summer 2022-23 (subject to change due to the global pandemic and the travel and event restrictions being experienced at present).

Swimrunners will be transported to Onemana from Whangamata and compete over a classic point-to-point SwimRun course finishing in Whangamata, one of the most stunning beach resorts in New Zealand, and indeed the world.
